Milmark Outdoor Lighting Maintenance Program (Halogen Only)

Once per year Milmark will come to your home and perform the following services:

• Replace all bulbs with halogen lights

(Retail cost up to $18 per bulb)

• Inspect all fixtures, wiring connections and transformers
• Bury any wiring exposed since the initial installation
• Adjust and clean fixtures
• Relocate fixtures due to plant growth or changes in landscaping
• Test photocell
• Check timer and adjust time as required

The cost is only $18 per fixture per year
